1. Rough clean: This phase takes place during theconstruction process and involves removing large debris, such as wood scraps,
concrete chunks, and excess building materials. This phase may also include
sweeping and dusting surfaces to remove dirt and sawdust.

2. Final clean: This phase takes place afterconstruction is complete but before occupancy. The final clean includes more
detailed cleaning, such as wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows and mirrors,
and vacuuming carpets. This phase is intended to ensure that the space is clean
and ready for use.
3. Touch-up clean: This phase may be necessary ifthere are minor changes or repairs made after the final clean. Touch-up cleaning may include wiping down surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning
windows.

4. Exterior clean: This phase involves cleaning theexterior of the building, including windows, sidewalks, and parking lots. This phase may also include pressure washing and cleaning gutters.

5. Ongoing cleaning: Once the construction cleaningis complete, ongoing cleaning will be necessary to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the space. This may include regular dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of floors, bathrooms, and common areas.
